The ovTwo Forums are now officially live!
This is something we have wanted to experiment with for quite a while as a way to create more organized, long-form, and easier-to-find discussions outside of Discord. While Discord is great for fast conversations, a lot of valuable discussions, suggestions, guides, screenshots, and event information can get buried very quickly in chat. Our hope is that the forums can help give those conversations a more permanent home.
That said, please consider this an early beta test of the forum itself.
We have not officially moved any major systems, event coordination, or forum discussions away from Discord at this time. Nothing is changing overnight. The goal right now is simply to test the waters, see how the community uses the platform, and determine whether it makes sense for ovTwo long term.

Honestly, it has been quite a while since I actively used a traditional forum myself, and I have never personally managed a Discourse forum before. I put together an initial category structure to get us started, but a lot of this will evolve naturally based on feedback and how people actually use the platform.
If something feels off, confusing, broken, or missing, please let us know. This is very much a learning and testing phase for us.
