These terms include important provisions that affect your rights and responsibilities, including disclaimers, limits on liability, and dispute resolution.
Your Permission to Use the Forum
Subject to these terms, ovTwo gives you permission to use the forum.
Access to the forum requires a valid ovTwo account.
Conditions for Use of the Forum
Your permission to use the forum is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be at least thirteen years old.
- You may not use the forum if ovTwo tells you not to.
- You must use the forum in accordance with these terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Break the law using the forum.
- Use or attempt to use another person’s ovTwo account.
- Buy, sell, or trade usernames or accounts.
- Send advertisements, spam, or solicitations.
- Automate access to the forum except for standard search engine indexing.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with ovTwo.
- Circumvent security or access restrictions.
- Overload or disrupt the forum.
- Impersonate another person.
- Encourage or assist others in violating these terms.
Content Standards
You may not submit content that:
- Is illegal, abusive, harassing, or harmful.
- Violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Contains malicious code.
- Includes confidential or unauthorized information.
Enforcement
ovTwo may investigate and take action on violations of these terms, including removing content, restricting access, or suspending accounts.
ovTwo may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
Your Account
The ovTwo forum uses Single Sign-On (SSO). There are not separate accounts for the forum and ovTwo.
Your forum account is automatically created based on your ovTwo account when you log in.
Your forum account is your ovTwo account. By accessing the forum, you are logging in through ovTwo.
Account creation, authentication, email, password, and security settings are managed through ovTwo, not the forum.
Certain account updates, including role changes (such as VIP status) or profile updates (such as profile picture changes), may require you to log out and log back in for those changes to take effect on the forum.
You are responsible for all activity under your ovTwo account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must take action through ovTwo and notify us immediately.
ovTwo may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the forum by modifying your ovTwo account permissions or forum roles.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant ovTwo a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the forum.
You are responsible for the content you submit.
Your Responsibility
You agree to indemnify ovTwo against legal claims arising from your misuse of the forum or violation of these terms.
Disclaimers
The forum is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limits on Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ovTwo’s total liability will not exceed $50.
Feedback
ovTwo may use feedback or suggestions you provide without restriction or compensation.
Termination
ovTwo may suspend or terminate access to the forum at any time.
Disputes
California law governs these terms.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California.
General Terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
